PILKINGTON TEXTURE GLASS is so versatile, with so many different and exciting styles to choose from. Eighteen distinctive patterns and five acid etched glass options of Pilkington ORIEL COLLECTION that can make a world of difference to your home, inside or out. Alternatively, create your own unique decorative designs with sandblasted, acid etched, screen-printed or leaded glass. Anything is possible with PILKINGTON TEXTURE GLASS.

WARWICK is an antique style glass, with a random design, therefore as with hand-blown glasses no two panes will be identical.

PILKINGTON REFLECTIVE GLASS

Pilkington MIRAGE reflective glass is the first major innovation in mirror technology for more than 150 years. The reflective finish is applied during manufacture, which means it is more durable, and will not weather or deteriorate like conventionally silvered mirror glass. The coating on Pilkington MIRAGE reflective glass is an integral part of the glass so its surface is resistant to scratching, fading or corroding.

OBSCURATION AND PRIVACY

There are various degrees of obscuration, to suit every need. From one that offers you greater privacy to one that is less concealing. PILKINGTON TEXTURE GLASS offers no less than five different levels of obscuration, rating the different patterns in relation to each other on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being the lowest and 5 being the highest.

However, if privacy is a prime concern, it is important to look at samples of the actual glass before making a decision.

In general there is no specific ‘right way up’ for PILKINGTON TEXTURE GLASS. It is important however that the direction and match of the pattern is decided prior to cutting – especially in applications where several pieces are glazed side by side.

This is particularly critical in glasses, which have relatively large pattern repeats – for example EVERGLADE and TAFFETA.
